Inferno Hot Pilates

Ashtanga

A traditional flowing sequence linking breath, movement, and focus points. We explore the primary series in a grounded, steady pace while building strength, mobility, and discipline. Open to all levels — just bring curiosity and willingness to try.

A targeted class designed to strengthen and open the spine through backbends and foundational poses. Guided live by the creators of the method with in-studio support. Ideal for all levels looking to build a healthier, more mobile back.

E84 Intermediate

A 90-minute progression from the 26&2 foundation, introducing new postures and skills in an accessible way. Expect a balanced mix of challenge and technique. Best for students familiar with 26&2, but open to all growing practitioners.
